If you intend to examine / edit the settings, I strongly recommend that you first uncheck the "Minify settings XML source code" option in Global Preferences (don't forget to "global execute" the change - blue circle).

You will then need to close and open PI to ensure the settings are rewritten in the modified format.
Then Close PI (again) and open the .settings file in a text editor (I use Notepad++, which has a good XML format display).
Now find the line with:
and delete that line, and all following lines up to and including the next
save and close the .settings file and restart PI. WBPP should restart with default values.
